Todd Baker

Executive Director

Todd connects business and organizational leaders to the vision and experience of the Forerunner Leadership Institute, and generally oversees program operations.

Brenna Blair

Program Director

Brenna performs the day-to-day operations of FLI. She is instrumental in developing and leading the classroom training and overseeing students’ internships.

Pastor David Snyder

Board Member

Pastor David is the teaching pastor at 26:8 Church in Boise, Idaho, and one of the masterminds behind Forerunner Leadership Institute.

Ian Gee

Board Member / Secretary

Ian has over 24 years of experience as a business and real estate attorney in Idaho, and has served as a lay pastor and elder.

Bob Deely

Board Member

Bob is an electrical engineer, a successful serial entrepreneur and current President and CEO of SimplyLEDs in Garden City, ID.

Pastor Steve Meistrell

Board Member

Pastor Steve has experience in full-time ministry and is a successful entrepreneur. He is currently an owner of Royalty Electric in Boise, ID.
